Email trinity@midford.com.au to request a copy of the credit authority form to fill - so your boy can just walk in and purchase items before/after school and during recess/lunch without being involved. (You can set a price limit)

Canvas/Trinity Assessment Parent Portal (TAPP)
Some content is only available when accessed via a full browser - rather than the iPhone/Android app. So don't bother with the mobile app version.
To setup email notifications of any changes :-
Logon via website - Click Account - Settings - add your personal email address here - and make it the default if not showing.
View the notifications to add any email notifications you want to get updates on what's been assigned to you boys.

There's probably better/cheaper but can personally recommend the following
TinyMe Labels - https://www.tinyme.com.au/school-labels-value-pack - Can label everything from cloths; shoes; drink containers; lunchboxes etc. The shoe labels outlasted the sandshoes - and the labels have all survived the dishwasher.
Have a signature like mine where any K boy can forge without trying - get yourself a 'Checked By xxxx' for the daily Record book signing.
